red my request was always responded to in rapid time (usually under a minute!) and dealt with in the most efficient, friendly and professional manner. As I am semi-retired now I have scaled down to a re-seller account on a shared service and yet I still get incredible efficient service, so even if you only have a small account the service, response for support and efficiency is the same, Unbeatable! Thank you KH.

tacenter in Dallas - they sent out migration emails to people saying that servers were being migrated. Not very clear.
They literally turned off all servers in that datacenter even if you were a paying client, and proceeded to flat delete all data. If you missed the email, tough. I have spoken with others that were affected by this, same response. " We will give you 2 free months of service, but your data is gone ". Considering that these servers were virtuals, they could have literally just migrated the files to operational servers, instead they send emails, and just shut you off. Period. This is horrible and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

les from their server and then happened the WORST thing, They told me on chat that i would be able to move my files till Tuesday, They suddenly suspended my services and asked me to pay 20 Usd in order to access my WHM for 2 minutes to download the backup. I had long discussion with their support team and they were just forcing me to pay money.. My website was down for 4 hours just to wait for their support to respond.Their support team is poor and they can Scam you.
I have left 4 Usd in their so called in house credit, that they overcharged me just to show how faulty their system is.
Stay away and choose a better Web host...!!
