Been using them as registrar and dns provider for a .nl domain and I've had no real problems. Only real downside is that they have no dns zones like gandi have.which lets you switch between a bunch of dns records quickly.
Domain renewal. They will start sending you several alerts when my domain is about to expire which i like. (30 days ahead of renewal.
P.S. I'm no professional when it comes to domains etc. so don't take my word as gospel
