Top hosting company but customization would be difficult
Top hosting company in the South Africa. We code php, java and my SQL and Hetzner is perfect fit for our company. The call center and support is brilliant, call center agents understands issues and developer languages.
Servers are not very flexible and if they don’t fit your requirements it will be difficult. For Hetzner to be as efficient as they are they have to have stick their strict protocols and customization would seem to be difficult.
Uptime is really good customer support is unbelievable. Everything Hetzner does works. We need to explicitly request SSH access via email - it can't be done through KonsoleH. Despite this, the request is usually attended to within 10 minutes of making the request.
