Best service I ever got in the hosting sector..

I have recently moved my servers to WhitelabelITsolutions and the Service has been great! Quick response rates from customer service, and outstanding effort to help as quickly as possible. No downtime or issues. The Quality is way above the cheap price.

While the most important quality of a IPS or co-lo service provider is their Up-Time and speed (which they have definitely achieved), I would like to add the support staff I have dealt with over the last 6 months is outstanding. They are on top!

We have been hosting at Whitelabel's Hackensack datacenter since December 2016. It is a convenient 30-40 minute drive from Manhattan and the entire team was extremely helpful in getting us set-up.

Aside from being in a great area for datacenters (Hackensack is extremely rich in terms of infrastructure, speeds and options), their customer service is beyond amazing. I never have a problem reaching them via phone when I need to (not that I have had any service problems here.)
