We can not fault UKFast, they have been excellent

We've been with UKFast for a few years now and have experienced nothing but excellent & friendly service. It's great to know I can pick up the phone and talk to Sam, our account manager, with any questions, or raise a support ticket and get any help we need in no time at all. I'd have no issues recommending them.

Extraordinary customer service.

We have been a customer of UKF for 4 years now. They turn tech support and customer service into an art form.

Amazing support

The service at UKFast, and in particular the service offered by our Account Manager Matt, has been the best we've experienced from a managed hosting service provider since we started in 2007. Thanks Matt and the team at UKFast for supporting us so admirably over the past couple of years!

Disgusting service

Since migrating to UKFast mid-September we've experienced numerous system crashes. Generally - almost literally every day - at least one of our users will have a machine crash. Occasionally to add to the enjoyment, there will be slow crashes like one his evening where Adobe crashed, followed shortly afterwards by Chrome, and then the more-familiar complete system failure.
