I paid for a WIN VPS-12 at 5:43 AM and more than 10 hours later the service was still showing as Pending.
At first, live chat told me activation may take around 2–3 hours. Later I was told that first orders can take up to 24 hours. This was never made clear before I paid.
I also opened a support ticket in the morning and waited for hours without receiving a reply.
I needed the VPS for work and the delay affected my work. What frustrated me most was not only the delay, but getting different activation times and no clear update from the technical team.
I eventually requested cancellation and a refund because I no longer wanted to wait.
This has been a very disappointing first experience with Sky Host UAE.
