Sono completamente soddisfatto sia delle prestazioni che dell'assistenza, quest'utima avviene esclusivamente via email, rispondo e risolvono velocemte i problemi, anche dal punto di vista della configurazione personalizzata, (apertura porte per connessione ssh). Dal punto di vista commerciale sono stati in grado di trovare una soluzione su mirura alle mie esigenze. Concordo con la review scritta da Michael e li consiglio.

Ho acquistato una email pec presso serverplan. Dopo un pò mi sono accorto che per un loro guasto nel server non ricevevo email in entrata sulla email acquistata. Dopo aver contattato l'assistenza non mi è stato dato nessun tipo di aiuto ma solo detto di aprire un inutile ticket (al quale rispondono dopo giorni e senza risolvere nulla). Sconsiglio totalmente questo provider, perchè una volta acquistato un servizio, non lo emettono. Assitenza totalmente incapace, mai più!
