They honestly do a great job of making everything super easy and seamless. It's really easy to configure the server settings and just as easy to switch from one game server to another.
They stopped providing ssh access, and if you were counting on it, then this is your problem. The support can be silent for a long time and give wrong advices. When the first time there was a problem with the configuration, the support offered to buy a static IP to solve the problem.
