So, I am using dedicated server for 6 months. I would love to use it more, but I have to move to another hosting. Support is awful. You can wait for reply for 2 days. They never excuse for "no reply" or delays. It looks totally di...اقرأ المزيدsrespectful. The biggest problem for me - internet connection. During these 6 months I've got, at least, 3 huge issues with the internet. One time I couldn't connect to my server for 4 days. Last (current) problem - very low speed. While offered 1 Gbps, I have 5 Mbit/s download, and 3 Mbit/s upload. I know that 1 Gbps is common bandwidth, but not 5 Mbit/s ....
Today I received reply from support that issue is not on their side and fixing this issue may take up to 2-3 weeks. That's it. No excuses or offering any discount for inconvenience, maybe any other server in different DC. Absolutely nothing. How ridiculous is that? Every time I have issue, support tells me that issue is not on their side. So disappointed.أقل

سرعة خوادمها جيدة وأسعارها معقولة ولكن بها بعض العيوب التي لا يمكن تجاهلها في الاستضافة المشتركة مثل سرعة الدعم الفني في الاستجابة tهي سيئة للغاية ولا تتوافق الاستضافة المشتركة مع Cloudfiller

Great prices, but unable to actually access the dedicated server I purchased

They provide no username/password or information on how to access your dedicated server and nothing related to console or SSH in the client area. Nothing in knowledge-base or help area related to SSH or remoting to ones dedicated...اقرأ المزيد server. Support was responsive on one occasion, however has been generally unreachable since and one certainly cannot reach support 24x7 or get a response 24x7 as they advertise. Lucky to get a response during business hours. I put 3 for features and reliability but in actuality have no idea since I'm still unable to use the service.أقل
