Over the last few years we have tried several different hosting packages. Only one gives us the complete package we need as a hosting re-seller. I moved my site from GoDaddy that kept upping the price for existing customers and lowering it for new customers. Hostripples has a simple low price for everyone. The cPanel if fully stocked and Softacuous enables you to install just about any off the shelf CMS system.
Here's the important part. Every support ticket I have raised has been properly responded to within a couple of hours. Support bends over backwards to help you. For me, this alone is worth the price.
My website runs well, I've not seen any lags or difficulties.

I found hostripples.in on a Quora answers last week and after a few emails back and forth between myself and Manish, I signed up.
The service was first class. Within 12 hours of signing up my server was all set up and ready for me to transfer my websites onto and I had a WHMCS billing platform included.
I opened a support ticket at the weekend expecting not to get an answer until Monday and to my surprise they responded within a few minutes with the domain api info I needed and then an hour after that they had sorted records and nameservers for my DNS.
This kind of service is very rare and I shall be using hostripples for the foreseeable future.

Okay, where do I start? They are absolutely AMAZING...
Over the years I have been with many hosts and at the end of the day it comes back to what you pay for. Well not with these guys, in their own words "Way towards success..your success..our success, if your happy....then we are happy ;_)" and that is absolutely true.
I opened my account with them and had a few small problems with WordPress and the theme I was using (Really intense on RAM and CPU due to the dozen plugins too) and instead of forcing me to upgrade to the next package, they just did it for FREE.
Every single member of staff I have interacted with have gone above and beyond what was expected with a response time of about a minute even at 1:30AM. I can honestly say that I can see my business growing with these guys for a VERY long time.

The unlimited hosting plan they provide is second to none. I've tried a number of providers previously and they all seem to have a catch somewhere along the line. I've yet to find a catch with this provider.
I had a relatively small issue with a couple of the sites I was hosting and they were able to provide amazing support. I asked for their advice on how to rectify a problem not directly related to their infrastructure but my installation.
