I purchased the most expensive shared hosting available on their website at 1499 but I downgraded the plan and got ₹521 in credit and now one of their support guy contacted me and asked about the credit.......I said it's the refund on downgrading the plan but he wasn't able to get it and banned my ip and cancelled my service also....now my money has just gone in vane.....don't purchase anything from them...they are just terrible.....you may use Domainlyy as they are far better then them
