I love Da-Manager Hosting. Whenever I have a support issue it’s always resolved by the end of the chat. With my previous host I waited for 20-30 mins to speak with someone, communication was always an issue, and half the time they had to escalate it to another department resolve the issue (which added several more hours to the process).
I’m very happy with the support I’ve received with Da-Manager and I also appreciate the ease of the dashboard and help articles. They put a lot of thought into the customer experience.
