Let me get this out first, their prices are incredibly cheap and their plans offer generous features. I'm running a personal blog since 2008 and switched to paid hosting in 2011. Their support turnaround is reasonable and they're ready to help if you ever encounter a problem with your site. They've recently updated the user interface and site management has been a whole lot better. However, my only nitpick is sometimes there are slow server days but they've been improving their services over time so it's not much of a big deal. I'm ready to upgrade if my blog picks up more traffic.
